with the click of a button, you can instantly save the makeover, print the makeover for you and/or your client, and even create a new one. you can view all makeovers you have created at any time for each of your clients.

here are a few other questions we often get asked
how long are your contracts?
there are no long term contracts or commitments. you can use create my makeover month-to-month, and cancel at any time you would like!
do I have to pay for updates?
no! we give constant color choice updates (whenever supported makeup lines come out with new colors!) and technical updates to our app... and you get it all for FREE! because create my makeover is on the cloud, when we make an update or add a new feature, they automatically show up in your account.
do I have to install anything?
no! we created our app to be as simple to use as possible for you! just login, and everything you need will be right at your fingertips.
if I don't like create my makeover, how do I cancel?
simply login to your account, click on the "my profile" page and then the "account billing" link. from there, click the "cancel my account" button. no need to call, email, or talk to anyone!
if I cancel my account, will I lose my data?
yes, you will; however, before canceling you can print out all of your clients' makeover information. we also have the option to simply put your account "on pause" for a small monthly fee. if you choose that option, your data stays safe until you decide to continue.
if I have questions, is there someone I can talk to?
yes! simply send our support staff an email and we'll do our best to get back to you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). just click on the "contact support" link at the bottom of any create my makeover pages.
